RETURN POLICY

1. If any product(s) you receive has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately (orders@mmetech.com) to arrange a suitable exchange and details.
2. MME Technologies does not accept product returns. In an unlikely event the product fails due to manufacturer defect. Contact MME Technologies @ orders@mmetech.com or 612-234-7703
3. All product(s) returns must be approved by MME Technologies LLC. A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from MME Technologies LLC (612-234-7703 or orders@mmetech.com )
4. The shipping fee paid by the customer at the time of purchase will be refunded only if the return is due to our error. (i.e., we sent you damaged items or the wrong items).
5. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
6. Any refunds will be returned less shipping and handling to the cardholder’s account using the original payment method, within 10-14 working days of receipt of the returned item(s).
7. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
